3. Admissions & Enrollment
- Admission is granted based on the availability of seats and completion of the admission process.

- Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the applicable fees.
4. Fee Policy

- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the institute management.

- Failure to pay fees within the stipulated time may result in restricted access to classes and study materials.

- By enrolling at GuruShikhar Career Institute, parents and students consent to receive institutional messages via WhatsApp Business. These messages include attendance alerts, exam schedules, results, fee reminders, and general announcements.
- These messages are strictly informational and related to the student's academic journey at the institute.
- We do not send promotional or marketing messages to unrelated third parties.

6. Student Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow students.
- Use of mobile phones during class hours is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruption may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.
